The steps within the "Ready Set…" Package are designed to build on one another.     • Statement of market opportunity based on earlier market analysis
    • Brief summary of current position in market
    • Statement of desired state or three year vision with specific and quantifiable goal
    • Identification of a minimum of two priorities for implementing the following strategies:
    • Getting new clients
    • Cross marketing to existing clients
    • Cultivating existing clients and prospects
    • Image building
    • Within targeted marketing strategies above, (i.e, getting new clients and cross-marketing), Gg will help identify the most effective tactics (for example, seminar and/or wave mail campaign), and then develop a detailed action plan for implementation.
