On October 24th, Gg co-founded and co-hosted F.A.D.: Fashion & Artists Downtown, a new networking initiative to help support emerging fashion designers and artists. & Style Series(sm) Launched
On June 19th the Life & Style Series(sm) launched its first event, Style for All Ages for Gg clients Christine Palmer Hennigan and Robert H. Altemus, Jr. in partnership with Nordstrom-King of Prussias Personal Touch service. The event was the first in a 3-part series that celebrates women who want to be at the forefront of everythingfrom appreciating high-end fashion to making wise financial choices. Details Open

Birthday Gg! Life & Style Wraps Up with the Holidays!
Holiday Scents, the final Life & Style event for this series, was held November 20, 2002 at Nordstrom-King of Prussia, PA. More than 60 guests attended this special event. Guest Style speaker, Marcy Solomon, spoke about the importance of establishing a personal style through fragrance, and shared insights on the popular fragrance Angel by French fashion designer Thierry Mugler. Marcy was joined by Gg clients, Christine Palmer Hennigan and Bob Altemus who spoke about Charitable Giving tips, and Julie Musselman of Nordstrom Personal Touch, who demonstrated holiday dressing tips. The formal presentation ended with Ms. Hennigan and Mr. Altemus presenting a generous donation to The Career Wardrobe, on behalf of all of the Life & Style Series' attendees and a festive wine, cheese and dessert reception to ring in the holidays. Nearly 100 close friends, clients and art afficionadoshailing from New York, Boston and Europejoined The Gallagher Group on November 24, 2002 at Pepolino, a cozy Italian trattoria in Manhattans TriBeCa neighborhood, to welcome Angelo Aversa to New Yorks art community. Angelos beautiful and intricate woodcuts were on display at the restaurant for two weeks, following the event. The woodcuts are all hand-framed by the artist, and the images are inspired by his native mountain village of Ravello, which is located in the mountains high above Italys Amalfi Coast.
